With our on-line catalog you can, of course, order instantly right from your computer. But you can also use our catalog to order by fax or by postal mail if you desire. Just click on the method that suits you when you "check out" with your order!

Here's how our Catalog Store works to make your online shopping experience fun and simple:



OVERVIEW

You can add items to your cart simply by entering the number of each item that you want and then by clicking on the "Add" button. (See the example of an actual catalog item below.) The program will then show you the contents of your shopping cart, including the item(s) that you just added.

At any time you can view-- or change-- the contents of your cart by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart by simply setting the quantity to zero and updating your cart. Here's a reduced size "screen shot" of what you'll see:

You can wait right to the last minute to decide whether to buy or not to buy.


You can use the Catalog Store to buy online, by phone or by mail.








You can park your cart and come back a few days later if you want. Everything will be there just as you left it.












Your order is safe and secure with us-- it's encrypted and sent over a secure server (SSL).

When you have finished selecting items to purchase, you can click on the "Place Order" link at the top of the page. You will be given the chance to verify your purchase before proceeding to checkout. If you prefer to place your order by postal mail, you will be told how to print out an invoice that you will mail in to Zwiebelmuster. Otherwise, your order will be sent to a safe, secure, web server to collect your payment and shipping information.

MAY I COME BACK TO MY CART LATER?

If your browser accepts "cookies" you will be able to come back to your cart and any items left in your cart will still be waiting for you, up to when the cookie expires. Most common versions of the Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers will accept cookies unless you tell them not to. If your browser does not accept cookies, or if you return after the cookie expires, you will be assigned a new cart when you return. That's what we use cookies for-- so that the Catalog Store program will recognize you when you revisit us.

IS MY ORDER SECURE?

Yes! When you're gathering your purchases the shopping program is designed to run on an insecure server. Why? Because it WILL NOT collect any information about you while running in insecure mode. But, when you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a SECURE server and only then will you will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information. YOUR PRIVATE DATA WILL BE ENCRYPTED before sending it back to European Blue for processing.
